Dry skin all of a sudden?!?!!?!

So I just bought this acne face wash from neutrogena and it has really helped my skin amazingly fast. The problem is that ever since I started washing my face with this wash , I started getting dry patches on face. I get it around my chin area and it bugs me so much. I have tried some moisturizers so they can sort of help me but none of them seem to help.. Any one have any recommendations? My skin has never been this dry,my skin is in fact oily. Help? I really really don't want to stop using this product though.. It has done miracles for me.

I'd use it, but alternate it with CeraVe wash. The oil is a great way to counter dryness, as is amping up your Omega 3's and Vitamin E. I also suggest trying a hydrating primer, rinsing with cool water and including a toner in your routine.

Most all face washes will dry out skin. Moisturizer directly after washing. That is what I do because I have the same problem with an amazing acne wash but it dries my skin. I love cliniques face moisturizer but a more cheap alternative is an Olay one I have. I'm not positive on the name tho.
