How can I get rid of pimples?

You could always change your skin care routine. Go as natural as you can! I have acne prone skin an I use black soap. It's all natural and has a lot of skin benefiting properties and ingredients. I then use a toner consisting of one part apple cider vinegar to two parts water, with a few drops of tea tree oil. Acv and tea tree oil are very good for acne! Then you could top it off with argan oil or a natural blemish cream like Mychelle's grapefruit blemish cream. :)

Well, there are several ways to go about it, but it is important to know what type of skin you have, what works for your skin, and what is absolute hell for your skin.
If you don't know those things and would rather be on safe side, you can do like Jordan said and change up your routine, use a little black soap and see if it helps. There's also a cosmetics brand called Lush and they have face masks and face cleansers that are made from organic ingredients and for a lot of people I know who use Lush, they think it's pretty good.
As I said though, it's important you find out about your skin and what triggers outbreaks of acne. It'll be tons more helpful in the long run when playing it safe doesn't work for you or doesn't do enough for you.

I would recommend a dermatologist first because experimenting with different acne products. For my acne, I really like the Origins zero products for my acne prone skin. If you want something from the drugstore, check out Clearsil or Neutrogena ( the green one)

Put a little bit of aloe Vera. I use equate after sun aloe vera gel, aloe is very good for your skin and it makes the swelling of your pimplr go down while the green color cancels out the redness.
