I have heard too many different things about concealer. Does it go on before or after applying foundation?

I have heard that it goes on after. Your foundation will cover a lot of the things you want covered, and so concealer after just touches up on spots that weren't completely covered by foundation. Using it after also saves a lot of concealer. Did that make any sense at all?

I agree with Taylor. Unless a product specifically instructs it go on beforehand, I apply after foundation.

It is best to apply it after so when you are blending out your foundation it doesn't get blended away as well.

It depends what kind of concealer. If you're using a concealer that's a different colour than your skin such as green or yellow, then apply it before your foundation. If I'm covering dark circles I would apply it before foundation then slightly blend it into my foundation because you could clearly tell where I applied it if I put it on after foundation. If you're covering blemishes with a concealer that matches your skin colour then apply it after foundation.
