Back in February my Clarisonic Mia 2 broke. The power switch had been acting all weird and it was difficult to turn it on and off. Eventually it wouldn't turn on at all and I realized the rubber of the switch had collapsed down into the device because it had come up around the edges. So I called the customer service number and explained what had happened and I was told to ship the handle back. I did and according to the tracking it arrived on March 18th. But I have received no communication from Clarisonic letting me know if they have received it, if they're processing anything or when/if I will be shipped a new device. It's been almost 3 months since I've used my Clarisonic and I really want to get it back into my routine.

Does anyone have any experience with this? How long should it usually take? I finally emailed them earlier this week but haven't received a reply. I'm completely in the dark here. I'm getting kind of peeved with the lack of communication from them.

Try calling costumer service. I find that calling gets much faster results than emailing.
Good luck getting your clarisonic back!

This exact thing happened to me, I don't live in the States so I purchased my Clarisonic Pro from a friend and it died on me about 3 months before the warranty period ended. Then about 6 months ago I bought a new set and charged it for 24 hours and noticed it didn't hold charge as well as my earlier model. I was unwilling to report the matter since my older clarisonic served me well for about 3 years and I thought maybe I made a mistake using it etc. but my roomie is a proud American consumer and she said I shouldn't let the company get away with it. So we returned the set, emailed the seller and the company and no replies yet, I have given up hope now and I purchased a different Microdermabrasion system, they do have a good customer support system but they sure did disappoint me, I am sorry about what happened to you. But I say you don't give up, keep emailing and try calling them too. I don't know if there's a grievance redressal agency for consumers in the States, if there is, you should make a complaint stating the details of your purchase, copies of emails etc. Since I live in a different country I cannot do that but if I lived there, I would have, I lost well over 200 dollars in this purchase, I won't be purchasing from Clarisonic again.

I got at least a year out of mine, so I guess I can't be TOO mad but I'd obviously much rather get a replacement because I don't have $150 to shell out on a new one when the old one is still technically under warranty. I'm honestly just kind of surprised at the total lack of communication. Not even a confirmation email stating my request is being processed or giving me a timeframe for anything. I can understand how these things may take time but I'm kind of peeved about being kept completely in the dark. I guess I'll have to call again. Hopefully I'll get some answers soon. Thanks for your advice guys! I'll try to keep this updated if I remember to post lol.
