Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle, Forever21 are popular. I also like Tilly's but I'm not sure if that's only on the west coast...also I like Nordstrom rack they have good stuff sometimes:)

Hollister & abercrombie are suuuuper cheap lately and they have nice clothes with good quality. They don't do the dumb seagull & moose thing anymore so their clothes are way more grownup looking. I found a ton of cute summer clothes there recently :)
