Well it says daily facial cleanser, so yes you can use it everyday. I know a lot of people like cetaphil products so I'm sure it's decent :)

A lot of celebrities only use cetaphil on their skin since its so mild. I used to use it and my grandpa suggested it to his patients when he was a doctor. I love it for taking off eye make up too. It is more gentle than any eye make up remover I've ever tried.
