You can get it at Whole Foods or any health food store. GNC sells supplements and vitamins, etc. An actual health food store usually caries everything from skin care to meal prep. I don't use First Aid Beauty because it stings horrible. Kitty just wrote about it the other day, explaining that many of their products contains Eucalyptus Oil which explains why it feels like menthol; that explains why it burned for me. I'm using up what I have on my feet. :p

Oh, Jacqlyn..no worries! Since we're all so different genetically, it only makes sense our skin would be, right? Ugh..I loved how soft the balm makes my skin feel...I love it on my hands! I rinsed it off right away, so luckily I didn't have anything but a little redness for a day or so. My girlfriend adores it. I gave two of their other products a shot, but had the same issue. I didn't return it though because it feels wonderful on my elbows and feet...the sensation feels cooling but never stings there.
My face is crazy sensitive so I've become an ingredient hound. I can't do AHA's either and some people have great success with that for exfoliation. I'm glad their products work for you though! I know you've had great difficulty finding stuff you can enjoy without having reactions. I used Hope in a Jar PM once and gurlllll, my face looked like I had the chicken pox! I had to see my derm and it took a week and a prescription to get it back to normal. The inflammation was the worst. I drank my Green Tea and did a lot of pouting. Coconut Oil helped speed up healing, but I think you've got me loving this Jojoba Oil. I'm going to pick some up this week, so thank you. :)

I use Clinique's Dramatically Different Lotion. I had so many dry patches before using it. & you could see the patches under my makeup which looked absolutely horrible(but I needed makeup because of the acne & redness I had). My skin now looks not perfect but way better, & I can go out and not be so insecure that everyone's looking at my face.
I just started incorporating Rosehip oil into my skin care routine & it's also helped in my opinion with the redness & dryness. I would like to start mixing it with Jojoba oil like Kitty does.

Another awesome oil is the Josie Maran 100% Argan Oil from Sephora. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it. It makes your skin feel so smooth and even, and absorbs quite quickly for an oil. It's hasn't broken me out, and I am not saying this clears acne, but I have had much less since I started using it. You can also this products on your nails and hair, so you are getting more for your money!
Another awesome one is the Cerave Moistruizing Cream. I use the generic Rite Aid brand version of it and it works just as well. Look for products with hyraluronic acid and ceramides. They are incredibly moistruizing and help you stay moistruized.
Hope this helped ๐

My sister gave me a gift set with the AM/PM and they both stung, but at least the AM didn't leave me looking like I had some infectious disease. D'oh! The weird thing is I love other Philosophy products, like their Purity and very gentle MicroDelivery exfoliating wash and I had read so many great reviews that it was shocking just how painful it was for me.
Maybe your derm can recommend a great, gentle moisturizer for your skin. Most of the products I use I purchase from my derm (yes, they are overpriced, but I don't have breakouts or reactions and many are prescription grade) I have had incredible results. This winter has left me crazy dry though so natural oils and CeraVe have been a lifesaver. Since you are so sensitive, I implore you to avoid the whole Hope business. I just got some Argan oil and so I'm giving that a whirl. I love the DDF line, but ugh...the prices are killin' me!
Sometimes I get hooked on the smell of a skin product and dammit if that doesn't lure me in. haha Citrus scents in the shower (St. Ives especially) elevate my mood and my doc says citrus has been shown to been a natural mood lifter and can even benefit those suffering with depression. I think scents often influence my choices...but I feel so good when I use them and isn't that what it's about? (Please say yes so I know I'm not the only one) :P
