You can't make it grow super fast. hair growth depends on genetics & the health of the person & their hair. anyone who tells you otherwise hasn't done their research. I can give you tips to keep it healthy. whichpromotes hair growth :)

Use hair masks, apply coconut oil to the ends everyday afte you take a shower. Reduce hair styling, when styling always use a heat protectant.
*massage your scalp whenever you remeber* that really worked for me!

At lush they have a cinnamon scented solid shampoo that will make your hair grow faster! It's supposed to make it grow about an inch and a half a month :)

But why would they sell it in stores made for 'hair, skin, and nails' then?

Jacqlyn, I think we're losing the battle. People just don't understand why taking random mystery supplements can SERIOUSLY INJURE THEM (trying hopefully in a last ditch attempt to get it through their heads). Obviously if it sold in the grocery store it is safe for everyone, because drug interactions never happen and nobody ever overdoses on vitamins. Also, "it is natural and everything natural is automatically safe".

(Just in case it wasn't clear to anyone reading this, I am being *extremely* sarcastic. Many supplements can and will interact with other medications, and you can overdose on vitamins and cause very serious harm. Just because something is sold at the grocery does NOT make it safe. Much like how " natural" doesn't guarantee safety. Remember, tomatoes and nightshade are related and both natural, doesn't mean you should add nightshade to a salad.)
