Make sure you're wearing sunscreen every day, no matter what the weather is! you can also try creams with vitamin C, they're designed to brighten dark spots and might help just a touch. You look very pale to me already though =) I'd also like to remind you that threads like this belong in the "Skincare" section not the "Beauty" section, so this will be moved. Please remember that though, as incorrectly categorized threads are subject to deletion.

And just remember that you can't really change your skin color, you can only slightly lighten and brighten your natural tone. Also remember that if you are only focusing on a pale face, make sure you pay attention to the complexion of the rest of your body so it stays even.

Be extremely wary of whitening or skin bleaching products. They often contain hazardous levels of toxic substances (including mercury and lead), and even the "legitimate" ones will cause skin thinning and bruising.
Like Hannah W. said, make sure you protect against sun exposure. That's really all you can do.

There is really only 1 fda approved chemical for skin bleaching. And they only use a very small amount in lotions and moisturizers and sprays.

A lot of Asian BB creams have whitening products in them! I don't know how well they work, but I know they're very popular!

I read on an editorial here once that you can pale your skin by having an oatmeal bath. I'll see if I can find the link(:
