Loose skin under eyes.

Over a month ago now the skin under my eyes seemed to go really loose and now when I smile it all wrinkles up and looks awful! I'm only 22 and it always used to be really taught!
It's making me feel really self concious in photos etc.so if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.

Invest in some quality anti aging eye cream or serum with retinol. Also don't tug the skin around your eyes while removing make up or otherwise as the skin around our eyes is really thin and delicate.
Also, remember to hydrate and have lots of water. :)

You would need a firming eye cream and a good under eye moisturiser.

One of my friends uses Perricone MD Firming eye cream with L'occitane under eye cream and her under eye skin appears much better.
