Hi, ladies! First time poster, but I'm really desperate and I figured you could help!
So I have extremely sensitive lips. They are irritated by almost everything!
Yesterday I was at the beach and was tried very hard not expose them to the sun for a long period of time, but I guess I wasn't as careful as I thought. Now they're all puffy and swollen and feel horrible 😩
They feel a little better when I put on my Burt's Bees Chapstick, but is there anything else that would help make them feel not so burned? Like, would icing them help or will that make it worse? Please help!

Definitely ice them! Lots of chapstick have a little bit of sunscreen in them, but if that's not enough then just put straight sunscreen on your lips before you go out. Aloe vera is very good for sun burn, but I've never used it on my lips so I'm not sure.

Here's a link this is for whole body so I'm sure one bag would suffice

Thanks, girls!
And Raylene, I've never heard of tea for sunburn! I guess if it's good for your insides, it'd be good for your outsides...? Lol.

In the future check out Jack Black, Fresh and Sun Bum. All of them make lip balm with SPF so you can avoid the burn. For now I'd keep putting something soothing on them, like a lip balm and ice.

Try putting vitamin e oil and aloe vera on them.
