That happens to me sometimes! I normally leave it be because I have found that touching it just makes it worse and it can scar if you keep touching it :( you can also try to put a little bit of an acne treatment on it ( I have the neutrogena one) and hopefully that will help I little bit :)

It's definitely acne. I hate when these little buggers pop up out of nowhere! These are hard to deal with because they take a while to disappear, so just be patient. Try using a warm compress and hold it on the spot for a few minutes and it should open up the pore. Use cleansers or spot treatments with salicylic acid. Tea tree oil diluted with water is another awesome spot treatment. Whatever you do, don't try to pop it, it will only irritate it, leave scars, and make matters much worse. Good luck 💋

Its strange I ususlly have quite clear skin but I get these randomly and a few smaller 'normal' spots around that area I have no clue why

Toothpaste shouldn't be applied to the face. it'll only irritate it. honey, ice, & peppermint oil are some other natural spot treatments you can try.

No no toothpaste. ice can help and even some Advil. you can always go to the derm and have it injected. apply a salicylic acid treatment and yes don't touch or mess w it it will only get worse if you do

That is common. It is a zit, and it makes sense that it is right under your glasses (oil gets rubbed in). You can't pop it, because at this stage, it will scar if you try. If it turns Into a whitehead, put ice on it to reduce swelling, then dip a cotton ball in hot (but safe) water or black tea. Until then, you should wash the area and use a spot treatment like tea tree oil.

Ice to deal with the inflammation then tea tree oil to reduce the size and prevent scarring. :)
