My hair is constantly coming out what can I do? I'm not sick or anything.

I'd suggest a trim, a deep conditioning treatment using Macadamia Nut Oil or Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, an excellent heat protectant (Chi), avoid using heat as much as possible right now, rinse hair with cooler water, try a shampoo and conditioner aimed at breakage, like Joico (Marshalls has it), using a leave in conditioner (It's a 10 with Keratin) and getting a Wet Brush. Walmart and Salys has them for around $7.
You should also increase your Iron and Vitamin D intake. Good luck!
If it continues, I'd see my physician for a blood panel.

I think everything Rozberry said is spot on! Personally I had major problems with chi heat protectant making my hair super dry, so I prefer Biolage or Alterna's heat protectants. You could also try a protein shampoo...it's not something to stay on. But a few weeks using it would put strength back in your hair :]
