I have weak brittle hair, possibly from chemicals. I need something that works! Something organic is preferred.

The shape of your hair, nails, skin and teeth are all tell take signs of your inner health. So examine your nails and skin as well. If I were you I'd book a physical with you family doctor or a GP and get a complete mock up of blood work, find out your mineral and vitamin levels and she if you need to adjust your diet or add supplements. Also any medication your taking can affect your hair health as well. So try and remember to mention meds to your doctor as well. In the mean time my favourite go to hair mask once a week is:: 1half avacado, 1 egg, 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil, and 2tbsp honey. Blend it all in a blender or food processor till smooth and creamy, massage into your hair wrap it up and go to sleep in the morning wash it out really well with just a teeny amount of shampoo and then condition :) good luck beautiful! 😉

Yeah coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil. Mix them up and leave in your hair for the whole day then wash with cold water. It helps so so much.

The only thing that heals damaged hair is a hair cut, you can use products to soften it but it won't repair it.
