How to get fuller lips?

What's the best lip liners etc.and how do you maintain big lips. I drink plenty of water so don't say that lol. I would like to know the best lipsticks etc, I have chubby sticks from Clinique I love them but I want a change. Any suggestions? X.

Get the too faced color bomb they are lip plumper lipsticks and they are great I love them.

Exfoliate lips! This gets the blood pumping in your lips and can give them a plump effect. Also check out lip products with plumping effects. Or you could try adding cinnamon or peppermint extract to your own lip products. It will tingle and make lips swell up. You can also go a tiny bit outside then line when lining lips to give the illusion of bigger lips. Light lipsticks also make lips look better. Stay away from dark colors because they will only make them smaller. Don't forget to highlight that cupid's bow too! Good luck 💋

I find the best way to do this (and the easiest!) is to use a toothbrush...and you just rub the brush on your lips... It totally works and also makes you lips softer and adds a hint of colour to them, that's the easiest way,,hope this helped!
