I mean I can't argue with my moms and aunts results. If you can't stand the smell maybe just leave it for and hour or so and thn wash it off. Or drop a piece of garlic in clear nail polish

Drinking water and lots of milk! Moisturing your nails ever time you remove your nail polish, filing and buffing your nails. But eating vitamins really does the trick! I eat a multi vitamin, a hair/skin/nails, D and B vitamins and iron :)
Also what Maria said about garlic, I have heard lots of girls loving this, I haven't tried it, but it seems to work :)

Nail and cuticle oil does the trick. I apply it every night at bedtime. It definitely stops nails from peeling and becoming brittle. Olive oil works well too. Don't buff nails too often as this weakens them.
