Dance Legend has some amazing top coats like prismatic (makes any polish look holographic) and top Sahara (makes polish look like a textured sand). But I'm on a budget and can't bring myself to pay $10 shipping for one or two polishes. :-( Do you know any other companies that make special effect top coats like these? Maybe one I could find at Ulta?

Sephora has some special effects polishes in their formula x line, lots to choose from I think they're like 10-12 dollars each :)
