Ok first, I am SO shy. I don't know when it started. I used to be good at talking to people. Now I'm really shy! I wanna be more confident and talk to people better. Help!

I am the same way like my mom says I am as quiet as a mouse but I have a heart as big as a lion. Make a list of what you love about yourself and tape it to every mirror you own ( but maybe not your parents ;) ) then everyday look at that list and you know you can conquer the day :) also try to talk to people beside you like in class say "hey do you have the answer to #2" find things you like whether makeup wise or not and use it more often. Just be you don't think you have to be like everyone else!! Your gorgeous darling!! Just embrace yourself💗💗💗💗

Well, it's kind of hard to help with that. changing my hair, makeup, or style always makes me feel a little more confident.
what really helped me come out of my shell was becoming a waitress, lol. I used to be so quiet & shy, & now talking to people has become WAY easier.
^ I wouldn't really recommend becoming a waitress, but you can try joining a sports team or taking lessons in something.. anything social that will get you around people (:

I honestly believe the best quality someone can have is just being pleasant to talk to!
Even when you're listening it really helps to be encouraged ( even if you know nothing about the topic, just ask questions to engage yourself and to appear more open as a person. ) The worst someone can really do is just be disinterested. I find it really hard to talk to people who are constantly ranting/ complaining/ 'square' or just plain debbie downers. If you let your personality show through and be open to everyone I'm sure you'll feel comfortable just like you used to. ☺

Focus on the things you like about yourself. realize that you judge yourself more harshly than anyone else.
