Dry skin help!

Okay, so I have combination skin, and I havent exfoliated my face for about 2 weeks, until about an hour ago. I used an olive oil, honey and sugar scrub to exfoliate my dry skin. Now, my skin is going dry again and using heavy moisturizers aren't helping and neither is oil. It's going dry especially on the forehead, around the nose and on the chin. Please help!

You may be dehydrated. I'd go crazy drinking water and take Vitamin E. Perhaps your cleanser or foundation is drying you out and countering all that moisturizer?

P.S. I also recommend CeraVe face wash and moisturizer.

Okay Thankyou and I don't wear foundation and I'm using a moisturizing cleanser so I really don't know what's going on. I'm drinking HUGE amounts of water everyday but nothing is helping :(
