My cousin is just 17. For last few years she started getting premature hair greying.This is making her very under-confident about herself. She gets consious when talking to others. How do I help her?

I have strands of gray myself I'm only 23 you won't be able to dye it it will just turn yellow when the dye wears off which is quick... she just needs confidence or a wig if its that bad.

I got my first grey hair at the lovely age if 17, now there's a handful at 24. I dye my hair and it covers the same as my non grey hair.

Orly? You can dye grey hair! It just needs to be done properly. I agree she should dye it. My sister got killer white streaks in her hair very young. She rocked it like the Bride of Frankenstein. These days, she colors it. It's about what she's comfortable with.

My BFF started getting gray very young. She just dyed it, she has more gray than me now but not like an insane amount for our age. So tell her no worries.
I would recommend she highlight her hair, it hides and blends the grays better and gives you more time between processes.

Self conscious about what?!?!?!?!? I've had grey since I was 11 and I'm half way to completely grey myself. My kids-aged 12 and 2 have it. If it's that bothersome, she can easily dye it.
