The 12 Brush Studio Eye Set, I believe is the one that Jackie recommended for me =)

Hannah which Bdellium set? I was planning on getting a bdellium brush set lol.

But Kitty they're such different neutrals! Lol, words of an addict. I was just talking to my mom yesterday about how I want a nice brush set, though.
And Seline, the Lorac Pro has always looked AWFUL to me! The shades are so blah, at least with this one they're sort of reddish and interesting. But that, of course, is simply personal opinion :)

Brush set!
I personally don't even see myself using that palette regardless of the price. You have lots of awesome shadows, including the new one with neutrals you have regardless.

I think if you were going for her palette because f the neutral shades...then I think the Lorac pro would be an even better palette

That's a fair point Seline :) I just don't own neutrals so I was thinking this would be a good palette to try, but in definitely leaning towards the brush set right now.

Honestly a nice brush set..I don't feel like her palette is anything special to be honest but a nice brush set can be used daily and can last for a long time.

`Palette is limited edition, the brushes aren't.. you can buy the brushes next month. (I have Bdellium, thanks Jackie, and I love them)

Brushes... The application of any shadow won't be the same if done with cheap brushes to good ones in my opinion... You can use those brushes on any palette and have a easier application then if you have a new palette and have the same application results, I don't know if I'm making sense

A brush set. The palette looks pretty but I just feel like there's similar colors all over the place. But if I could myself...I'd get both! Ha :)

This is why it's so hard. The brushes I have are good, they're Sephora brand, but I do want to expand, which is why the brushes are a good option. The Amrezy palette is Limited Edition, so I'm sort of lusting after that. I do have a lot of palettes, but none have the same shades as this, I actually think I have maybe 4 exclusively neutral palettes. But thanks all, this is really helping and I think I'm leaning towards the brushes :)

Out of the two I'd probably get brushes. I'm a bit of a brush hoarder and they're probably my favourite thing to buy. Plus, I feel like I have other eyeshadows that are similar to the Amrezy Palette so buying that would be a bit pointless to me.
To me, your last post is suggesting that you want to palette more than the brushes. If your current brushes are doing the job and the only downside is that they're not in a set then do you really need them?
Why not get the palatte and then you could always upgrade your brushes as and when you need to. Plus you always seem to like experimenting with eye looks so maybe the palatte would be the best investment for you?

If your content with the brushes you already have, then I would go with the Amrezy palette. If it's limited edition, you will regret not getting it.

A brush set is more worth it IMO. You most likely have a few eyeshadow palettes in your collection already. When you buy new brushes, the new styles and techniques and what nots you can start trying make you want to revisit every last eyeshadow pallette you own. You start thinking "I could do so much more with this palette now that I have proper tools." Once you get the feel for the brush, you know what it does and what you can do, you think up so many good ideas. I know your creative drive is pretty high when playing with colors, so I have no doubt you'll be thinking your old palettes are new with good brushes. I hope that makes sense lol.

Personally,
I would choose the palette. I don't have many palettes in many colors (I only have 2 palettes that I use) and I would love to have one more for some different looks. I also already have a very good brush set that I was given for Christmas. But, if you're looking for the better investment go with the brush set; especially if you already don't have a good set

My problem is that I have some good brushes but none are in a set, and I'm interested to try some better brushes. But, I'm not sure if Amrezy is LE or not, and I don't have anything even remotely like it. But you all make really good points :)

*splurge on new ones.

I would definitely go for the brushes. I like single eyeshadows better than palettes, that way I don't use one more than the others, or snob one. Brushes right now are what I need, so maybe I'm biased, but great tools, IMO, surpass eyeshadows. Alyx is right though, if you already have good brushes, why splurge?

Is the amrezy palette limited edition? If so, I'd get the palette. Personally I have good brushes, not the absolute greatest of all time, but I like them and they get the job done well. So I could wait a few months on the brushes. But I'd go with whichever you need more. If you've been going "I reaally need a new brush set" every time you pick up your make brushes then go for them. But if you have just been going "I have brushes that work well, I can wait a while till I get new ones" when you see sets, then go for the palette. :)

I would choose a nice brush set - only because mine are all different brands and old, plus being at school I don't get to wear nice eyeshadows often (my school only allows minimal makeup). Plus, the colours in the amrezy palette I already have in other palettes (even though the amrezy one is probably better quality).
I dunno, I just really want a good brush set :)
