Okayy so I just saw on another app that if you put a normal eyeliner pencil under a blow dryer for a couple of seconds it'll turn into a gel eyeliner... Does this work?? I have sensitive eyes and I don't want to mess anything up or anything soo does it work??

Yes it works! my mom does it all the time but she just uses it for her waterline.

I've done it before and it didn't really bother my eyes. It warms up and is easier to glide on your eyes.

I used to do that all the time with pencils for my waterline, but I heated it up with a lighter lol.

I'm with Hannah. We all did this ages ago with a lighter for the waterline. With today's great liners, like UD 24/7 or Tarte and Too Faced smooth and long wearing liners, you get better results.

Navi; she means warming up the eyeliner pencil with a blow dryer before you put it on your eyes. It turns into a gel liner, and then you use it. It won't hurt your eyes. (:
