Good primer for oily skin??

So I'm going to be at school for 8+ hours of the day and I NEED my makeup to stay looking good throughout the day (I'm in cosmetology so I need it to stay looking good) so I need a good primer for oily skin. Preferable not silicone based. And if I can get one that the money is worth for the amount of product I get, that would be great :) :)
