People keep talking about it, and I have no idea what it is ahaha x

A technique in which the crease is "cut" sharply with a contrasting eye shadow color to give it that really dramatic defined crease. There is usually always dramatic sharp liner to go with it, and the makeup is very angular, it deepens your eye and intensifies the crease.

I love cut creases, I really prefer the first pic where the crease line and eyeliner do not actually touch. It is hard to accomplish, I've been practicing for a little while now and am just now comfortable wearing my work in public. There are several good YouTube tutorials, they make it look effortless, but you just got to keep practicing and watch the videos more than once. I think the true key to achieving this look is high performance/quality brushes and eye makeup because you must be precise.

Jacqueline, if you don't mind my asking, what is the difference between a closed cut crease and a closed banana application? Is there even such thing as a closed cut crease or are they just all closed banana's?
