Dry lips means you're dehydrated. Drink a lot of water!

I agree withdrinking water. when I drink less my lips immediately get chapped. also dontt use vaseline, use a good chapstick. even honey is good. and don't overdo the scrubbing! put a chunk of chapstick before bed and your lips will be much better in the morning.

Blistex!! I was so confused when the doctor recommended the product but it helps improve them!! Only like $3 in drugstores or Walmart!

Try a different scrub, drink more water, and make sure you use Chapstick or lip balm! ( I use and love eos!)

Lots of water! And topically apply a hydrating lip balm, I like Rosebud salve.

Don't use Vaseline! If you are using it while your lips are chapped, you are basically sealing out all the moisture, which is probably why your lips are peeling. Instead of a toothbrush, I like to make a homemade lip scrub using honey, olive oil, an brown sugar. This scrub should be gentle enough to remove dead skin without drying your lips. After using the lip scrub, you should use a good lip balm. I suggest EOS, Burt's Bees, or Rosebud Salve. Stay hydrated! Hope I helped 💕

Vaseline is a sealant which won't do much. Burt's bee and Nivea lip butters are the only ones that I've tried that aren't pure petroleum jelly like eos and babylips are.

Try getting a Lush lip scrub (the bubblegum one is fantastic mmm) and the Bite lip mask. Using both of those should help as well as drinking more water will help substantially!

I had this problem for a while and I went to my doctor and she prescribed me this cream to put on my lips and it really works! use A&D if you don't wanna go to the doctors!

Unless you are using a baby toothbrush or extremely soft bristles with a light hand (only once daily) you are doing your lips more harm than good. Instead, try a Nubby wet washcloth gently. As the ladies pointed out, Vaseline is a petroleum based sealant and will not moisturize. Nivea lip butters in the tiny round tin are wonderful as is the entire line by Fresh, Sugarlip. Making your own hydrating lip scrub with brown sugar and coconut oil will also help.

Drink lots of water. Before bed, put some Carmex on your lips, it may feel greasy and gross, but you'll wash it off the next day. After a while of doing this your lips should feel much better!

I would suggest the C.O Bigelow Rose Salve from Bath and Body works, Baby Lips, or any EOS. For your condition, I would get the medicated tangerine one. I hope I helped😉
