Ohh my I tightlined for the first time today!

After reading the editorial on BL about how to tightline I decided to try it out this morning. And Wauw!! I did not regret it! It looked sooo good!
But here is my problem/question! I only own 1 pencil liner since I always use liquid or gel, so the one I got was not really water or smudge proof, and I can tell that that is absolutely necessary when tightlining!
So I wanna know what you girls use when tightlining? Can I use liquid or gel or is a pencil a must? What crazy water and smudge proof pencil liner can you recommend? (Where I live the only drugstore brands I can get is loreal, maybelline, rimmel, max factor, gosh)

Nope :) I've never had any problems with it getting in my eyes! I use the rimmel gel liner.

Jackie, I've used eyeliner for years and I still get anxious to tight line haha! I even still poke my eye sometimes, and it ALWAYS tickles me lol...

Oh Sabrina I was reading that Editorial last night on BL too! They recommended Kohl Pencil by Ingot cosmetics $11.

Thanks for the suggestion Shawna :) I'm dying to get any urban decay, but unfortunately it's not sold at all in the county I live in, but I will definitely check out the rimmel one! I really like Rimmel :)

Any waterproof pencil works for me - definitely would not recommend liquid for any waterlines in case it does get in your eyes - but I have been tight lining since I was 12 and I'm 26 now :P my mom taught me how to use eyeliner as my first piece of makeup so I'm thankful for that :)

I love tightlining! I use any old gel pot black eyeliner (elf right now) then use a thin flat brush and wiggle it in then I go over it with black eye shadow to set it, that is what keeps it from running downstairs on me.
