Ohhhhh that! I never knew it was called tight lining! It looks great😊 I started practicing doing that when I was around 8 since eyeliner was the only thing my mom pretended she didn't notice😂

Wayne Goss recommended tight lining for people with hooded eyes and ever since I heard him say that I've been TLing every day and it really does help. I looks like you are wearing eyeliner but without it taking up a lot of space on your eyelid which is mostly covered by your darned hooded eye! It also makes my blonde eyelashes look more full when I'm wearing mascara.

Jocelyn I can definitely see how that is a great way to apply eyeliner if you had hooded eyes, but I think this is a look that any eye shape can rock :) I don't have hooded eyes myself I love rocking a bold liner, but I think this gives such a pretty natural look :)

Jennifer, I too was like wth is tight lining?? I haven't done this since high school, it was my go to look since my mom wasn't big on crazy make up. I will go ahead and revisit this technique tomorrow!
