Best black stage makeup?? I need something that can cover a portion of my face and won't come off easy.

Hey ladies. Yes I'm already working on perfecting my Halloween look, my friend is using it for her photography portfolio this weekend and I need some kind of black face paint or even eyeliner to use on a lot of big areas of my face. I don't want it to be easy to smear. Any recommendations?

I'd ask Miss Jackie. Stage/theater makeup is one of her specialties :)

I would ask Erin M, she just did a cosplay look using face paint, in which she said lasted her from 6a.m. to 10p.m.

Mehron is my go to, as it is water based and water activated.

^I second mehron, or rmgp (rubber mask grease paints)

Kryolan Aquacolors are another option, though they can be a little tricky to get the hang of. A little goes a long way though! I painted 75-80% of my body opaque green and barely made a dent in my pan (I bought the small 'refill' pan). I do the same thing as Jacqueline with the Barrier Spray sandwich, and it is virtually indestructible.

I'm curious if Jacqueline or anyone has any experience using MUFE Aqua Seal with a water-activated makeup like Mehron or Kryolan. I am trying to find ways to make my makeup more durable on my hands (it was pretty great with the above method but this year my hands will be in contact with water much more).
