Do you need foundation when using concealer?

I just wanna cover up some pimples and under eye circles...and I was wondering can you just wear concealer alone with nothing else such a foundation powder.

You can deff just use concealer.. That matches your skin tone. Using a setting powder coverage or transparent will just help it stay on all day and not crease!

Cuz its too hot for full face foundation in Georgia summer just to cover up my dark spots and set it with powder cuz its too hot for full face foundation in Georgia.

I don't wear foundation and don't set it with powder either and it looks just fine. it doesn't crease and lasts all day:) but I guess we're all different.
