I needed help with that too so I went to youtube watched a few videos like what do I have in my backpack type thing and I took some of those ideas and and used them to help me with the essentials.. Hopefully this helped :)

Little pick thing incase I get food inbetween my teeth

School should be about learning. Your backpack should have books , binders, and stuff with it. School is a chance to learn:p not a fashion show.

Things I always brought (varys on your schools rules and your vainity :P)
-Pads/ Tampons
-Spare headphones
-Gum/ mints
-Mini hairbrush
-Mini Deodorant
-Body Spray/ Perfume
-Hand sanitiser (for when you accidentally touch the manky school rail and don't have time to wash your hands hahaha)
-Spare hair ties, pins and a hairband
-Little pack of Tissues
-Panadol
-Spare money
If you wear makeup:
-Concealer
-Powder/ blotting paper
-Lip balm
-Brushes for above if needed

Jenna she's obviously going to have books and I don't think there's anything wrong with taking pride in your appearance and wanting to be organised and prepared.
