Alice, it depends on what hair type you have. I use products based k what kind of hair my clients have and what I think would be best suited for them. other then that, and round brush is key. your hair looks long so a big round brush (wider then a soda can) will work best. I always crazy dry the hair first then take sections starting st the back of the head and round brush them (look at YouTube for some more instruction). its not easy on yourself but practice makes perfect :-)

Get the Revlon Equave Detangling Conditioner! It's around $20 and it's absolutely amazing! I bought it in the hairdresser, it leaves your hair sleek and shiny, and it smells amazing:-)

And if you're looking for something to reduce frizz I'd go with 'extraordinary oil' by Loreal! Again, absolutely amazing!

It seriously works on reducing blow dry time.
I also think good professional tools make a difference. I mainly use Babyliss, that's just what I know, so that's what I can speak to. A good blow dryer and whatever hot tool you use: curling iron or flat iron, is worth the investment. They last so much longer with better results on your hair, you more than get your money's worth.
