When you get your eyebrows done professionally do you prefer threading or waxing?

I've only gotten my brows professionally done once, and I did threading:) I loooveeed it they left them thin but not to thin just how I liked them:)

My mom loves threading but I just tweeze my own because the brow ladies always have a much thinner picture of my brows in mind.

I'd go for threading. It's way gentler than tweezing. There was this really interesting article on NYtimes called Brow of the Decade where I learned all this stuff. here's a teeny bit of the article.

I've had both done and will definitely recommend threading over waxing 100%!!
I find that threading hurts less, and they are sooo accurate and I just walked out so much more impressed with threading than waxing! Definitely give threading a try!!

I like threading cause they can really shape your eyebrows and make them look nice!

I will never not get my brows threading. It is way better for you, like the article said above. When you wax, you are also ripping off the very tiny top layer of skin and threading simply pulls the hairs... I personally don't think it is as painful.

I do both quite frequently! I think switching between them is nice because threading gives your skin a break from the tugging of waxing... Threading is definitely more painful but tons better for your skin especially if it is super sensitive! Keep in mind you (your skin that you threaded or waxed) will be quite pink afterwards until you get used to it... It took me about 3-4 times (of each) to stop getting pink

Also I always ask to keep my natural shape but to clean it up a bit... I always ask for them thick (even though my brows are not thick) so that they don't over wax them :)

I like both. But if I were to pick, I would pick threading.
