I find moisturizing body wash to work rather well in cleaning it up. Don't forget to moisturize with noncomdegenic cream. My doctor told me to use AmLactin cream, but I'm not sure he knew it was backne because he was puzzled when he looked at it. Still, I forget to use it, so I don't know how it helps. My methods work pretty well for me. Hope this helps.

Especially shower after you exercise... I sometimes also put apple cider vinegar on some pimples, but I also have very dry skin, & I'm afraid it'll dry my whole back out if I use it all over.

Get a body wash with Salicylic acid in it ( found in your face wash) and it will help all over the body as sometimes people get them on the back, and chest

Also make sure you are wearing breathable fabrics. Fabrics like heavy cotton or polyester trap sweat and bacteria against the skin.
