I need a good artist in Pasadena Tx. I want a tattoo but I'm iffy on the cleanliness of the tools.

Look on Yelp! Most of the people here on BL won't be local

I agree with Grace, have a look on Yelp:) I have no clue where Pasadena is (assuming it's Texas tho) as I'm in the UK:) quite a few of us are located out of the US.

The best way is probably Yelp or actually asking people. If you see someone with a tattoo you like (and is a similar style to what you want) then ask them where they got it. In my experience people are often more than happy to tell you although I've personally been asking for other people I've never had anyone have an issue with me asking where they got it done.

It's best to go to different shops look around and ask tons of questions. Make sure they don't reuse any needles or ink.

Look online for reviews. if you know someone with tattoos, ask them where they got them done. if you have a lot of friends on Facebook make a status asking what tattoo shops people recommend. go check out the shops :) hope I helped a bit.

Have you ever gotten a tattoo?
Because they open the tools in front of you, and the ink, so you can see it's all clean and new. They open so much stuff it's funny. You see them load the needle and set the gun up in front of you.
