Great for blackheads! I use them like 3 or 4 times a month and their eliminating black head charcoal clenesar twice a week! They hurt just a bit when you pull them off but I've seen a huge difference since using those and the charcoal cleanser.

It does hurt but it works for me there is the technique of getting steaming water into a bowl and a towel and put the towel over your shoulders and put your face hovering over the top of the steaming bowl as a sauna effect it opens pores so when using strips it will get deeper into the pores extracting more of that nasty stuff in the depths of our pores
