Sugar and olive/coconut oil scrubs! Your skin feels really weird until it absorbs the oil but after wards it feels amazing.

Baking soda in the bath and as a face max it is exfoliating and detoxifying try adding Epsom salt to the bath as well to help replace minerals after the toxins come out and rinse in the shower I also love to use coconut oil as a moisturizer
