I'm having the same problem again :'( my lashes are falling out but this, time worst. you can see at the beginning of my eye that their is a massive amount of lashes missing. their is only one lash that stand alone lol. and I've notice when I remove my mascara more than a couple lash fall. not just like two but a lot. I've serums but I want to go more toward natural or organic type stuff to take care of them but I'm also open to any other type of suggestions as well. all suggestions are very much appreciated!

And by the way it's only in my right eye. both sides are very brittle. but on the right side is where I'm losing more lashes. they are also very crooked. and when I say crooked I mean like my lash actually have waves in them. I've noticed this change since I had gotten lash extensions two years ago.

What do you use to remove your mascara? I suggest using pure coconut oil. It removes makeup so well and nourishes the lashes at the same time. If the problem continues to get worse, I would actually recommend seeing a doctor. Since it is mostly in one eye, maybe there is actually something going on in that eye.

I had posted something similar to this in the summer cause I thought it was my make up remover. kitty had suggested for me to use olive oil and it work till now. I don't know if it's stress related. but the right eye hasn't been the same since the lash extensions. they are very wavey.

I personally avoid waterproof mascara because of the grief of removal and I found waterproof formulas to turn my lashes brittle...breaking off mid-point and not at the bulb. And using makeup remover...I rarely reach for one unless its absolutely necessary. I just use my Bobbi Brown Cleansing oil to remove eye makeup.

You can find coconut oil at walk mart or most grocery stores its usually in the food aisle with other organic products. you want to look for 100 virgin coconut oil. I use it to remove makeup sometimes, but I mostly use it as a hair mask. so its definitely multi-purpose!

I use pure water proof mascara lol! especially since I have short lashes and it's hard to get a curl to last. maybe I should stay away from water proof and only use it on special occasions.

I would definitely avoid using waterproof mascara it damages my lashes,
I use a clean mascara wand and apply coconut oil and vitamin e to my lashes every day twice a day
I hope that helps 😊

In addition to everyone's great advice, you should probably not curl your lashes for a while and try to go without mascara whenever you can- good luck!

I'd avoid waterproof mascara and curling your lashes. Also skip mascara on weekends or down days whenever possible.

I suggest when removing makeup try Neutrogena moisturizing makeup remover its very gentle and soothing on eyelid and lashes and before bed apply some Vaseline on your eyelid and lashes, This works as a conditioner and nourishes weak brittle lashes! try it out :) Goodluck!
