So I would consider my skin dry to normal always having to hydrate but like this past week my skin has been oily out of nowhere!:0
I'm concerned because I washed my face a but ago ready to go to bed and I looked in the mirror and my tzone is shiny & a little greasy when I touch it. NOT normal. Does anybody know what it could be or why? thank you

Normally oily skin is due to super dry skin. Your skin is trying to compensate for the lack of moisture by creating excess oil. I would recommend drinking more water and always moisturizing after you wash your face. Even people with oily skin should moisturize twice a day.

I know it's hard but try to drink 8 glasses a day. I even went as far as cutting out soda and juice. I only drink water, tea, and occasionally coffee and that's it.
