I found a girl on YouTube giving out instructions for this hair growth mask
The ingredients are:
Egg yolk
Melted coconut oil
Wee bit of hot water
Mustard powder
Cinnamon
Sugar
She said to only put it on your roots/scalp because that's where you need it and to leave it on for 15-30min
Would this actually help your hair grow or am I just wasting my time putting it on my hair?
She said it worked for her but maybe her hair just naturally grow fast I don't know

Cinnamon is going to irritate your scalp soooo much
The only reason why she thinks it works is because she's actually paying attention to her hair growth for once and is convinced that its growing more when it's not

Egg yolks, mustard, cinnamon, and sugar? In your hair? That sounds so nasty. I'd rather just let my hair grow on its own.
