I wouldn't wear any, but if you're going to wear any, just concealer & lip balm. I wouldn't want to deal with mascara later if I was sick.

I'd do BB cream because it's got some SPF and it's quick. A tinted balm and sunglasses with light colored lenses if I had an appointment.

I didn't the feel the best either so I just filled in my brows, undereye concealer, a layer of pressed powder (to even out my skin tone), and highlighter.

I would say just do foundation and brows along with lip balm. If you wanted to make your eyes stand out a bit, I would suggest applying some eyeliner (preferably waterproof, depending on the symptoms of your sickness) Feel better soon, Emma!
