Has anyone used a color remover if so maybe you can help... I'm wanting to lift dark colored hair so I can make my hair a lighter auburn. what is the BEST one I can buy at sallys I've never used one. thanks sooo very much!

I'm not sure what one is good from Sally's but the best one is from Pravana, it's an artificial color remover. I am currently sitting with it on my head right now stripping my black hair out.

I like Loreal color zap it's removed every color that I've always done and wanted to get rid of and I purchased that from sallys :)
