There are lots of YouTube tutorials for making tattoo chokers, which are about the most '90s accessory I can think of!

Awe thanks Jewel :-) I will say as a teen way back it was full of different styles going on, overalls were more late 80's tho early 90's and cross colors were in then plaid came it but in actuality it's pretty much a bit like what you ladies wear now :-) watch 90210 and blossom also look up actual music videos of the 90's or even watch mtv house of style from back then.:-)

Thin eyebrows, Lio liner that is darker than your lipstick, rosey brown lipstick or brown (matte) big overalls crop tops platform shoes ppatform tennis shoes tattoo chokers. And other types of chokers, big tshirts, baggy pants, plaid. The trends in the 90's changed quite a bit so when in the 90's? I was in HS from 1995-1999.

I remember mailman pants, ugly chunky shoes, flower hair clips (the plastic ones shaped like flowers, not silk flowers on a barrette), tattoo chokers, weird prints (daisies were popular), little green aliens, yin - yang symbols, furry shirts... Oh, and holographic EVERYTHING. My childhood was a combination of delias catalogue and Lisa Frank. Like if Cher Horowitz went to a Pearl Jam concert.

That's circa late 90s early 00s. Early 90s was more geometric prints, baggy sweaters, overalls, tennis shoes... Pretty much anybody on the Cosby Show. Grunge 90s is what everyone thinks of, and started with Portland and Seattle garage bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, etc. Fiona Apple comes to mind for a female version of grunge (as opposed to punk looks like No Doubt or Garbage).
