Honestly you'd only need to bleach once to be able to go that dark red shade. I'd recommend a 20 or 30 volume peroxide and bleach powder. I.

I tried Blond Brilliance's bleach powder recently and I liked it. It also didn't smell as bad as some other brands. You can find it at Sally Beauty Supply. I mixed it with my Salon Care Developer also.
