Croc turbo ion?PLEASE HELP.

Does anybody here haves croc straightener?? If so do you know how to reset it? I absolutely love my croc but mines stuck on 280 degrees F 😭😭😭 & I don't know how to get it off that setting, if you have one I believe the box comes with a card showing you how to take it off? Please help I'm desperate & it's not broken.

Have you tried holding down the power button for like a minute?

It doesn't turn off with the power button anymore or go high/low with the temp. It's on a certain setting but I forget what it's called :-(

I have to unplug it to turn it off, it just turns on with the power button.

Usually that's how you reset things... I just assumed it would work. Sorry I wasn't much help lol. Let me see if I can look up how to do it!

Yea, it said plug it in and hold down the power button for exactly 20 seconds.
