Hey beauties so I remember reading an article on beautylish about the different uses for setting powder - and I'm on vacation in Germany right now and forgot to bring some dry shampoo! But I did bring setting powder - so I tried it and it actually worked out really well! Here is a shot of my hair after using the powder and it does not look like the oily mess it did when I woke up :P have any of you beauties recently tried any unusual uses for your makeup that actually worked out pretty well? Or tried anything from the beautylish articles that worked well? I'm curious to know!

Use sudocrem or diaper cream on under the skin blemishes. They're antiseptic and soothing, and take away most of the redness.

THANK YOU Traci and Shelley! It never occurred to me to use lipgloss or Chapstick for my brows-what a helpful tip! To answer Diana's question, I use a big fluffy powder brush to apply my very sheer pink cream blush for a very healthy-look flush of color. I actually dipped my brush in what I thought was my powder blush and it became a happy accident!
