Hi ladies, hope you are all having a lovely day. I have a huge pimple/bump on my nose. It is very painful & looks like it's on the inside of the skin.
Can anyone tell me how I can get rid of it. I usually apply a spot treatment but I haven't for this one because it looks like its inside. The only thing I have done is steamed my face but that hasn't helped. And I have been going thru tons of stress lately, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any help is appreciated.

I had one like that about 2 weeks ago :/ there's not much you can do about it but spot treat it & let it go away on it's own. DO NOTTTT pick at it, it's going to make it really bad! Just leave it alone other than when you wash it. Good luck:/ those are the worst :(

I'd spot treat it with Tea Tree Oil. For future spots, I personally love Bare Minerals Blemish Therapy. Used twice a day, it dries out painful spots insanely quick.

I agree with Rozberry on the tea tree oil for sure. Maybe use a witch hazel toner beforehand as well.

I just had your same problem. what works for me: I put on neosporin at night right before bed on the pimple, and then it helps with the swelling, and redness and makes it go away so much faster!

My dermatologist gave me retin A and it works like magic on pimples like that.

If it's just one spot definitely spot treat with tea tree oil try using a salicylic cleanser and exfoliating twice a week with a Alpha hydroxy acid exfoliater or if your skin is sensitive a enzyme exfoliating product. And if your skin can tolerate it try using a retinol serum at night a few times a week

Had the same thing a few days ago. You should try just putting some simple pimple cream on it. or try Aloe Vera if you have a plant. cut of a leaf put it with the opening to the bottom in a cup leave it there for a few hours until there's a green liquid on the bottom. Put it onto youe face and cut of some of the gel from inside the leaf and apply it aswell. Keep putting it in every 20-30 mins. The first few days you'll get lots of pimples but after about a week or two your skin will be clear as a baby. I've been doing this for about 5 days now and I can already see a difference. I'd also recommend doing this during a holiday/vacation because you will probably be covered in pimples but keep applying Aloe Vera.

Boil water, put salt in it and mix it up. after that get a cotton ball, dip it in the water and put it on the pimple. keep it there until it cools down and do it for as long as the water is hot. trust me, I know it sounds stupid and like it hurts but trust me, it works!

Tea tree oil and salicylic acid for spot treat. To take swelling down, I have taken an ice cube wrapped in thin cloth (like muslin) or a few sheets of tissue. Don't put the ice directly on your skin. It will take inflammation down.
