I like to think that the title is pretty self explanatory. But anyways I'm looking for a black short dress that's under 150$ any ideas or suggestions, or stores to look for some?

Other than that, I was in H&M the other day and they had a ton of really cute black dresses from short to long. I think the most expensive one I say was maybe $55?

I think Cabaret is some sort of musical? I could be completely wrong though. Windsor has a whole bunch of dresses and sk does nordstrom.

A cabaret is a musical variety show with multiple short numbers from different productions, and/or burlesque acts.

I've never heard of a semi formal dance being called a cabaret, since cabarets are performances. Unless you mean you are performing in one.
