Maybe you could try pointed flats, I think they look dressier than regular ones. As for color, I'd say either black or nude.

I think it'll also look cute with some cute little sandals. Try finding flats or sandals in yellow,silver, striped flats, polka dotted,or any color that will bring out the color :)

I think to sparkle it up a bit either choose gold or silver flats (can be sparkled) and matching jewelry. I think choosing black or nude won't really make anything stand out in my opinion
