Help!! I'm trying to place my order and it looks like they don't ship to canada but we have sephora store locations... So I'm soo confused and starting to get angry because I can't just go to a store I live 3.5 hours away from one! Help!!

I'll have to call it won't even let me send them and email. I keep signing in and then I click something and then I pops up asking me to sign in and it's a constant loop.. 😡

Are you on the sephora Canada website? Lots of international stores have different sites for ordering in different countries, but sometimes the default is US.

Sounds more like a technical issue if it keeps signing you out, I would just call, my account hadnt been letting me check out so I've been placing my order through the phone.

Jack there's only one site. I change the.com to.ca and it brings me to the same I google sephora canada it still brings me to sephora.com/canada and then it's the exact same website. I'm

That's really weird. I've never had any issues ordering here (alberta). I go to sephora.ca and sign in and it's like "hey you're Canadian here's our Canadian website" but If you have an iPhone I know the sephora app is now available to Canadians to order with. The website might just be having issues. :)

Thanks alyx! I'm in Saskatchewan but on the ab boarder and bouncing between both towers messes with my interment and phone data, so chances are it's just me. But knowing about an app helps a lot!

I was finally able to send an email and I downloaded the app (thanks alyx!) but I still can't put in a Canadian address, so I looked in the FAQs which said to can ship to canada but it still won't let me 😡 I hate technology sometimes! Especially when I want something!

That's weird! But I know our internet has been extremely on and off, all of Edmonton has been super super on and off. But hopefully it works sometime soon!

Aww that sucks! I had the same problem I live and guam and they don't ship here! :( so I used a friends address and she had to send it to me! I hope you can they can figure out how to get it to you!!

Awe Brittany that sucks! It's just so frustrating because I know they ship here 😩 even my husband tried placing my order on his phone thinking it was just the devices haha. We tried my phone laptop tablet his phone and the desktop. I'm just going to phone in my order tomorrow morning but I want it now lol

I believe you have to select the Canada web page. I'm from Canada, I order from there all the time. I believe they can even deliver to your closest store.

Raylene I know! My husband got me a gift card for It and I was so excited went to order and no guam! I was like what!! No!! And my friend took like 8 months to ship it to me hahaha
And yea probably ordering by phone would be the best way. Less flustrating hahah

Depending on the product it may not ship to Canada. I had that issue with perfumes from Sephora
