Hi all so long story short I have bright red hair which takes some maintenance after using glue in extension and years of upkeep my hair has gave up to the point of snapping off and generally not being able to do anything that will look ok 😔 any tips or advice much appreciated.

Eva NYC's Therapy Session mask really helped my hair after I bleached the hell out of it (went from black to bright red). You can get it at Ulta or online.

Joico reconstructor and deep conditioner. It's as close to magic as you're going to get:)

I have found the Pravana Nevo line (especially their repairing conditioner and leave in spray) to be phenomenal. I'd get a Wet Brush, avoid heat..including rinsing hair in cooler water and invest in a great deep conditioner for once a week. Aussie 3 minute miracle for example. I'd alternate that with Organic, cold pressed, virgin Coconut Oil left in for a few hours.

You should hit up Yelp or Foursquare and do recon on your local salons. I'm always peeking!
